Quy mô dự án cao tốc Tân Phú – Bảo Lộc
Ngày 04/02/2021, Văn phòng Chính phủ đã có Thông báo số 24/TB-VPCP thông báo kết luận của Thủ tướng Chính phủ. Theo đó, Thủ tướng đồng ý giao UBND tỉnh Lâm Đồng tổ chức thực hiện dự án đầu tư xây dựng đường cao tốc Tân Phú – Bảo Lộc trong giai đoạn 2021-2025.
Dự án cao tốc Dầu Giây – Tân Phú nằm trong dự án Dầu Giây – Liên Khương, gồm 3 dự án thành phần: Dầu Giây – Tân Phú, Tân Phú – Bảo Lộc, Bảo Lộc – Liên Khương. Dự án Dầu Giây – Liên Khương được Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt tại Quyết định số 326/QĐ-TTg ngày 01/3/2016 có chiều dài 200km với 4 làn xe, mặt cắt ngang 25m với nguồn vốn đầu tư lên đến 65 ngàn tỷ đồng.
Cao tốc Tân Phú – Bảo Lộc đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc thúc đẩy phát triển kinh tế – xã hội của các địa phương (Ảnh: internet).
Vừa qua, theo Nghị quyết số 224/NQ-HĐND ngày 26/3/2021 của Hội đồng Nhân dân tỉnh Lâm Đồng đã chính thức được ban hành về việc đầu tư dự án theo quy hoạch đã được Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt trước đó nhằm từng bước hoàn thiện cao tốc Tân Phú – Bảo Lộc đúng kế hoạch đề ra. Từ đây, góp phần tạo động lực phát triển kinh tế – xã hội cho TP. Bảo Lộc.
Dự án Cao tốc Tân Phú – Bảo Lộc có chiều dài 67 km với dự kiến tổng mức đầu tư lên đến 19.500 tỷ đồng. Dự án gồm 4 làn xe oto, 2 làn xe dừng khẩn cấp, dải phân cách, dải trồng cỏ… phù hợp với quy mô nền đường. Dự án này có điểm đầu giao Quốc lộ 20 tại xã Phú Trung, huyện Tân Phú và điểm cuối giao với đường Nguyễn Văn Cừ (Quốc lộ 55), TP Bảo Lộc.
Dự kiến khi hoàn thành dự án sẽ đóng vai trò kết nối giao thông giữa các địa phương của TP. Bảo Lộc với nhau một cách dễ dàng và nhanh chóng, kết nối Quốc lộ 20 – Quốc lộ 55 (đường Nguyễn Văn Cừ), tỉnh lộ ĐT.725 với tuyến cao tốc. Cũng như giảm tải cho Quốc lộ 20 và đèo Bảo Lộc. Đồng thời, tạo sự liên kết vùng giữa Lâm Đồng với các tỉnh Tây Nguyên, Đông Nam Bộ và Duyên Hải Nam Trung Bộ. Dự án cũng đóng vai trò đặc biệt quan trọng được xem là “đòn bẩy” giúp kinh tế các địa phương phát triển đột phá hơn.
Bảo Lộc hưởng lợi từ dự án cao tốc Tân Phú – Bảo Lộc
Dự án cao tốc Tân Phú – Bảo Lộc chính là cánh cửa mở ra cơ hội phát triển cho TP. Bảo Lộc. Việc di chuyển và kết nối giữa các địa phương gồm huyện Đạ Huoai – Đạ Tẻh – Bảo Lâm – TP. Bảo Lộc trở nên nhanh chóng hơn. Việc kết nối giao thông với các tỉnh thuộc khu vực Tây Nguyên, Đông Nam Bộ, Duyên Hải Nam Trung Bộ cũng thuận lợi hơn. Từ đó, việc giao thương, trao đổi hàng hóa được đẩy mạnh, góp phần thúc đẩy kinh tế Bảo Lộc phát triển.
Nắm bắt được tiềm năng phát triển của Bảo Lộc, các doanh nghiệp uy tín đã tìm về đây để tìm hiểu và đầu tư, tiêu biểu như: Công Công ty Đầu tư và Phát triển nhà ở Đô thị (HUD) thuộc Bộ Xây dựng, Tập đoàn Vingroup, Tập đoàn Novaland, Tập đoàn Sabeco… Khi các doanh nghiệp đầu tư và hoạt động kinh doanh tại Bảo Lộc đã góp phần đáp ứng nhu cầu việc làm và tạo ra nguồn thu nhập ổn định cho người dân. Từ đó, sớm nâng cao chất lượng cuộc sống người dân và tiến đến mục tiêu xây dựng Bảo Lộc trở thành đô thị năng động, sáng tạo.
Dự án Khu dân cư Lộc Phát tọa lạc tại giao lộ đường Nguyễn Thái Bình và đường Nguyễn Văn Cừ (Quốc lộ 55) phường Lộc Phát, TP. Bảo Lộc.
Cùng với đó, tình hình kinh tế – xã hội tại địa phương cũng chuyển biến tích cực hơn. Cụ thể, các phường phường I, II, Lộc Phát, Lộc Sơn, Lộc Thanh của TP. Bảo Lộc có sự mở rộng và đa dạng hóa ngành nghề kinh doanh. Tại phường Lộc Phát, khu vực tiềm năng của TP. Bảo Lộc nhờ nằm trên Quốc lộ 55 (đường Nguyễn Văn Cừ) là điểm nối với cao tốc Tân Phú – Bảo Lộc, dự án cao tốc này dự kiến có tổng số vốn đầu tư gần 19.500 tỷ đồng. Đặc biệt, vị thế hiện nay của phường Lộc Phát với Bảo Lộc được đánh giá tương đương vị thế của quận 2 với TP. Hồ Chí Minh khi sở hữu những điểm tương đồng về vị trí chiến lược và lộ trình phát triển. Tại đây còn được UBND tỉnh Lâm Đồng đầu tư công trình đường giao thông Nguyễn Thái Bình.
Vừa qua, vào ngày 23/6, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Lâm Đồng Trần Văn Hiệp đã tới kiểm tra công trình này. Nhận định đây là công trình quan trọng của TP. Bảo Lộc, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Lâm Đồng yêu cầu TP. Bảo Lộc nhanh chóng hoàn thiện các khâu của Dự án công trình đường giao thông Nguyễn Thái Bình, để khi triển khai xây dựng khu dân cư tập trung phải đảm bảo hiện đại, văn minh.
